Material:
The components of the rotating guardrail are divided into rotating
barrels, beams, columns, reflective strips, bolts, column caps,
sleeves, U-shaped connectors, convoluted circles, and ends.
Roller barrier system is made of high-grade environmental
protection material EVA foam, which has the characteristics of
flame retardancy, acid and alkali resistance, and high temperature
resistance.
Metal parts are hot-dip galvanized materials.
Features:
When a traffic accident occurs, the rotating barrel will not be
ignited because of its flame retardancy, which can also prevent the
vehicle from catching fire and causing a larger fire.
Because the rotating guardrail has the characteristics of acid and
alkali resistance and not easy to age, the maintenance cost of the
rotating guardrail is much lower than that of traditional
guardrails on the market.
Application
1. High speed sharp turn
The small-radius curves of high-speed sharp turns may affect the
parking sight distance of the central divider, requiring the driver
to pay more attention to reduce reaction time, and the small-radius
curves require higher sight guidance to remind the driver to better
maneuver. The use of rotating crash barriers and rotating bucket
colors on small radius curves will create a visual impact on the
driver, enhancing sight guidance.
2. Tunnel entrance transition
The tunnel entrance is a place prone to traffic accidents. Because
the ground is not repaired smoothly, and the sun is too strong when
the car is driving out of the tunnel entrance, the driver may not
be able to see the road clearly, resulting in traffic accidents.
The tunnel entrance adopts a rolling guardrail, which can provide a
strong enough guidance function, and assist the driver to complete
changes in the road environment on the premise of ensuring
collision avoidance requirements.
3. Interchange exit triangle end
The overpass exit is sensitive to the direction of travel, and the
driver needs to choose the correct route based on the judgment of
the guidance information. The poor combination of the overpass exit
line will easily cause the driver to hesitate before the exit
triangle, which will lead to traffic accidents and cause safety
hazards for drivers and passengers. .
Installing rotating guardrails on the exit route of the interchange
can reduce the injuries caused by traffic accidents.
4. Night vision blindness and no street light road
The road lighting at night is insufficient, and when a roadside
accident occurs, the bright color of the guardrail needs to be used
to warn the driver. The bright color of the rotating bucket itself
and the reflective strips can be attached to the rotating bucket.
When the road lighting at night is insufficient, the car lights
shine on the rotating barrel, and the rotating barrel will reflect
light, which will greatly reduce traffic accidents caused by
insufficient road lighting at night.
