Traffic Protection EVA Safety Rolling Guardrail Introduction
The rolling guardrail mainly adopts the "one column and four beams
" method . By strengthening the performance and installation method
of the column and the fence, it effectively prevents the car from
crossing the fence and driving out of the driving lane.
On the other hand, the new anti-collision bucket guardrail has a
built-in anti-impact energy-absorbing rotary anti-collision barrel,
and the flexible barrel with anti-collision
and energy absorption is mounted on the column, so that the
rotating barrel can rotate freely on the column. By the free
rotation of the rotating bucket, the impact force of the car is
decomposed, and the impact force perpendicular to the direction of
the guardrail is decomposed into a direction parallel to the
guardrail, so that the impact force is effectively absorbed and

The highway protective rolling guardrail is made of EVA and
polyurethane composite. This high-strength EVA and polyurethane
material itself has elastic and anti-collision and wear-resistant
advantage. It can prevent the rotating barrel from being crushed
when it is impacted and effectively protecting the guardrail and
the passengers. Besides the well anti-collision and wear
resistance, it also has the advantages of chemical corrosion
resistance, UV aging resistance, weather resistance, etc. It is not
easy to break, and the appearance is exquisite and not easy to
fade. Under outdoor natural conditions, the service life is at
least ten years.

How safety roller barrier works?
