Barrier (SRB) MASH TL-4 longitudinal barrier is designed to
minimize damage on impact by safely converting crash energy into
rotational energy. SRB’s highly resilient design allows it to
sustain minor impacts and smoothly redirect vehicles with less
damage to the vehicle and safety roller barrier system.
Advantages:
Improve roadside visibility – SRB rollers are striped with
high-intensity reflective sheeting that increases driver awareness
and reduces accidents. Optional LED guide lamps can be added for
even more exceptional visibility.
Safely change the direction of the vehicle - shock-absorbing
rollers convert impact energy into rotational energy for smooth
change of direction. Passenger crash test results show that the SRB
is the safest in its class.
Vehicle collision mitigation - The SRB is made of steel and flame
retardant, environmentally friendly vinyl acetate (EVA) plastic,
with 100% recyclable parts to mitigate vehicle collisions and
reduce vehicle damage.
Design Drawing:
Rolling guardrail construction with maintenance as the primary
consideration. The modular design of D-shaped rails, round steel
columns with EVA shock tanks and frame rail lockers means that in
the event of an accident, individual components can be replaced
without affecting the entire system, reducing maintenance costs.

production process and technology, the external layer of the barrel
is 3mm thick rigid polyurethane protective layer. Its tensile
strength and carrying capacity are 2-3 times that of other
collision avoidance drums on the market.
