ROLLING BARRIER GUARDRAIL
The Rolling Barrier Guardrail System is a MASH-approved (TL3/TL4), next generation guardrail which combines rotating barrels made from the energy-absorbing co-polymer Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), with a proprietary steel guardrail, to create the world’s safest roadside and median barrier.

In addition to MASH crash tests TL3 &TL4, the Rolling Barrier Guardrail System has passed EN1317 crash tests H1 & H2 and we are CE certified.

Safety roller barrier is a new product. It is assembled by PU / EVA rollers and galvanized steel post and beams.But it is different from the w beam guardrail.It can absorb shock and lead vehicle to the road direction by roller, to prevent large accidents. And the roller is more light and easy to install than w beam guardrail. It would be recovery after attach and easy to repaire. The guardrail is composed of columns, rotating cylinder, u-beam and connecting parts. All steel components are treated with hot-dip galvanized anti-rust treatment.The vertical column is separated by 1m or 0.7m, and two rotating cylinders are installed on each vertical column. This rotating cylinder takes EVA as the main material, and 17 auxiliary materials such as PE and related chemical additives are added.Continuous working temperature is between 60 ° and 70 °.Such guardrails are usually installed on the ramp, continuous downhill and curved road of the expressway.When a vehicle hits a guardrail, the rotation function of the rotating cylinder itself and the good resilience of the cylinder body can greatly reduce the injury degree of the vehicle and the driver, and play a good protective role.There is a reflective strip on the rotating cylinder, and the evening star stone can reflect the outline of the route better through the light irradiation, which can play a good line of sight induction effect on the vehicle and further guarantee the safety of the vehicle.

Modular system
The Rolling Barrier Guardrail was built with maintenance as a primary concern. A modular design comprised of D-shaped steel rails, round steel-posts with EVA shock-absorbing barrels, and frame rail lockers means that after incidents, individual parts can be replaced without compromising the entire system thus reducing maintenance costs.

High Visibility
The rotating element of the Rolling Barrier Guardrail has highly visible reflective sheeting bands which provide safe reflective warning to the night time driver.

Versatile
The Rolling Barrier Guardrail can be used on dangerous curved roads, severe radius exit and entrance ramps, bridge decks, entrances to tunnels as well as general safety barriers to potentially hazardous roadside facilities.
